Half a cup of baking soda.

Preparation: In a bowl of hot water should put all the ingredients and leave to dissolve completely. Then you must add a little hot water and Apple Cider vinegar. Then put the essential oil of your choice and stir until it dissolves.

Method of use: Insert your feet about 30 minutes. Don’t worry if after bath feel exhausted or weak, to alleviate this problem you have to increase the levels of magnesium in your body to facilitate detoxification.

Bath number 2: the elaboration of this bath is very simple, we will only need the following ingredients:

Half a cup of bentonite clay.

Half a cup of epsom salts.

Essential oil of your choice.

Preparation: Just put Enzo salts in water until dissolved and then introduces the essential oil of your preference.

Then mix the clay with a little water with a small amount of water, mix well in a bowl or in a porcelain or glass base. Do not use any metal. Now we are going to put clay in the bowl with the ingredients we are going to introduce our feet.

We must make our feet about 25 minutes to make our body detoxify. This treatment will increase the levels of magnesium in the body.

Bath: for the development of this treatment will need the following ingredients:

Half a cup of hydrogen peroxide, if it is for a tub. A tablespoon of dry ginger powder.

Preparation: The elaboration of this treatment is easy. We only filled our tub with hot water, including ginger and hydrogen peroxide. We must immerse the body in this mixture 30 minutes.
