INGREDIENTS

  • 300 gr of rice
  • 500 ml of water
  • 1 liter of milk
  • 5 cinnamon sticks
  • ½ orange skin
  • 5 gr ground cinnamon
  • 400 gr condensed milk

 

PREPARATION

Wash the rice, reserve.

In a saucepan add water, cinnamon sticks and orange peel, add rice, and bring to boiling point.

  • The first boil is to create the infusion that will flavor the preparation, you can also add lemon peels, cloves, liquid essences, etc.

Add milk, ground cinnamon and condensed milk. Cook for 20 minutes. It must be stirred constantly to avoid sticking the bottom.

  • Rice pudding should be cooked at least 20 minutes. For those who like creamier, can cook up to 50 minutes, stirring constantly to avoid burning.

Remove from heat and cool before serving.
