Pax: 1 liter

INGREDIENTS

  • 400 gr of condensed milk
  • 400 ml of whipping cream
  • 300 gr of peach in cubes
  • 100 gr of dulce de leche (optional)

 

PREPARATION

In a bowl add the cream and beat until firm consistency. Add the condensed milk and the peaches in cubes. Mix well.

  • In this recipe we use canned peaches. You can use natural peach without problems.
  • The peach can be replaced by any similar fruit. Like the damask, mango or some red fruit. Preferably non-citrus fruit or that  oxidize quickly in contact with air

Pour mixture into a refractory and add dulce de leche. Freeze for 6 hours and serve.
