Peach Ice Cream

Pax: 1 liter
INGREDIENTS
- 400 gr of condensed milk
- 400 ml of whipping cream
- 300 gr of peach in cubes
- 100 gr of dulce de leche (optional)
PREPARATION
In a bowl add the cream and beat until firm consistency. Add the condensed milk and the peaches in cubes. Mix well.
- In this recipe we use canned peaches. You can use natural peach without problems.
- The peach can be replaced by any similar fruit. Like the damask, mango or some red fruit. Preferably non-citrus fruit or that oxidize quickly in contact with air
Pour mixture into a refractory and add dulce de leche. Freeze for 6 hours and serve.
