- 500 gr of flour
- 100 gr of melted butter
- 8 grams of salt
- 200 ml of warm water
- 10 gr baking powder
In a bowl add the flour, salt and baking powder. Add melted butter and warm water. Put all the ingredients together to form a dough. Work for 10 minutes until soft and elastic. Stretch on the counter and cut into a circular shape.
- The dough should stretch about 0.5 cm. If it is too thick, it is likely that it will not cook completely.
- To make the fried cakes more spongy, it is required to make a dough with yeast. For the same ingredients, changing the baking powder for dry yeast. 6 gr.
Fry in plenty of hot oil for 4-5 minutes. They should be golden on both sides. Serve hot.
