1-vegan peanut butter cups
-1 cup of roasted peanuts and shelled-1/2 cup of grated jaggery thin (I used a little less)-1 pinch of salt

2-Kettle Corn vegan
1/4 popcorn Cup 1/4 cup 1/4 sugar Cup brown sugar 3 tablespoons oil, or to taste
Take a saucepan and place over medium heat, melt the sugar and brown sugar in the oil, stirring constantly so as not to burn (a few minutes just to dissolve the sugar granules). Add the corn and stir well. It’s going to take a while to start to blow. This is normal! But as well, to start, cover the Pan and let the popcorn pop. When done, transfer carefully (the melted sugar is very hot) for a bowl, let cool slightly and serve. While the popcorn will pop, shake the Pan so that they are involved in the syrup and candied stay. Be careful not to burn.
