- 500 gr flour
- 200 gr grated cheese
- 150 gr butter
- 2 eggs
- 150 ml of milk
- 8 gr salt
- 10 gr baking powder
- ¼ teaspoon pepper (optional)
In a bowl add the flour, grated cheese and butter.
Mix, add eggs, salt, baking powder and pepper. Finally add the milk and form dough. Stretch on the counter and cut in a triangular shape.
- This dough should not work so much, due to the large amount of cheese it has, it will never be a soft and elastic dough.
- It is recommended to use hard cheese, such as Parmesan cheese.
- To the mass you can add some herbs to taste to flavor, such as oregano, dill, rosemary, among others.
Put on a tray and bake at 180º for 30 minutes. Cool completely and serve.
