In addition, we always try to choose the best for our family and we try that the fruits and vegetables are bruised or very mature, but we do not pay attention to the most important thing, that is why today we bring you some tips that will help you identify fruits and safe and healthy vegetables.
Never lose sight of the fact that in healthy vegetables there is no place for strange stains. In the case of carrots, large ones with a bright orange color always attract attention, but their appearance is actually quite artificial. We recommend choosing the smallest and not so artificial ones.
Since potatoes absorb chemicals very well, you have to be careful when buying them. We recommend selecting the medium sized tubers. Even if they have black dots, they can always be removed. But large and smooth potatoes, no doubt contain harmful substances. Important: prick your skin with your nail and if a crunchy sound is produced, the potato is suitable for consumption, it does not have pesticides.
With tomatoes it is easier to distinguish them, because healthy fruits have fine skin and their flesh is of a homogeneous color. If the tomato to the touch looks like plastic and the flesh has visible white stripes, then it has nitrates. You should also look at the stem, because a normal tomato has it small.
If you buy cucumbers out of season, you must be sure that they have been treated with paraffin. We do not recommend eating them without peeling. If you cut a cucumber and in its interior seeds are not appreciated, bounce it without hesitation, since in these fruits there are n dangerous substances. Important: when buying them, look at the tail of the cucumber. It must be tough and tough.

If after an hour does not start to release its juice, that is a sign that they were subjected to chemical treatments.
When it is not your season, watermelons are full of nitrates. The shell of a watermelon not treated with chemical substances must present contrasts and its tail must be dry. When cutting, if you see that the flesh is bright red with yellow fibers, it is already a symptom of the existence of nitrates. The fibers of a good watermelon are white.
Cherries are also very manipulated and often undergo a chemical spraying process. Do not despair, because knowing which one to choose is not complex, since good cherries are bright and even, the dull ones with whitish spots on the skin indicate the presence of pesticides. Important: cover the cherries with boiling water and cover the bowl. If after a while the smell of cherry does not change, everything is fine.
